"Oh...Well, do I get a cost of living raise to offset that?"

"No"
"...extra Vacation days, Personal days, Sick days?"

"What about....Comp time, free lunch, half-day Fridays, Easter ham, free insurance, more smoke breaks, or overtime on my birthday??"
